At MeowBud, we want you and your feline-inspired fashion to be the perfect match, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
